Large Plaited Cross Stitch

This stitch is worked in two steps as shown below.

Step 1 — Cross stitch over 2 threads	Step 2 — Plaited Cross; note that stitch 7–8 weaves under stitch 1–2 so all four legs of the cross are properly plaited
